How to Order/Payment Options

All your information is encrypted
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to New York State. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order. Your actual tax may vary depending upon the county you are shipping to.

Coupon Redemption
To redeem a coupon, simply click on the coupon link provided or enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process. Coupons are redeemable for one time and one purchase only.

Non-negotiable and non-transferable. Applies only to in stock items. Offer good while supplies last. If coupons are intentionally misused, it may result in an adjustment or cancellation of the bill or order. May not be combined with any other offer. Coupons, discounts and promotions, can not be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

International Orders
Yes, we ship to most international locations. International orders may take up to 10 - 14 business days for delivery (2 business days process + 8-12 business days in transit). Shipping costs are flat rate.

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically take 7-21 business days.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns
You may return only unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for all merchandise. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return)

     Full name and address
     Phone number
     E-mail address
     Packing slip
     Original Order Confirmation Number
     Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to Vosoov.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by Vosoov.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Vosoov.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.

How To Create An Account

About My Account
The My Account area allows you to edit your personal information, track your orders, view your complete order history, and set your email preferences and password.

Changing Email or Profile Information
To change your e-mail or any other personal information, you must first login to the My Account area. Select the 'Edit Personal Info' link to be able to change any information you wish. Make your changes then click the 'UPDATE' button at the bottom, after which your account will reflect your new information.

Forgot My Password
Simply go to login page and click the Forgot password? link. We will ask you for your email address and we will email you password right away.
